Our aim
My companies’ goal is to provide professional opinions on trees to ensure that existing trees are taken into consideration in development plans and throughout the development process. Existing trees on a development can add value to the development but unhealthy, older trees can also provide an element of risk. I aim to ensure that these risks are mitigated from the initial planning and throughout the development process.
Additionally, I hope to provide a complete planning support package for developers, architects, and landowners, that will ensure the protection of key arboricultural features.
I aim to find a balance – between the practicality of development and the protection of key arboricultural features. The protection of these features not only sees the preservation of nature but also contributes greatly to the value of development and property.
By providing a complete planning support package for developers, architects, and landowners I can ensure that all development is in accordance with the needs of local planning authorities. Holly Arboriculture treats trees as a material consideration within the planning process. My integration within a scheme can often make a difference, not only to the outcome of a planning submission but also to the character and value of a completed scheme.
